I consume green, orange, and red chillies almost every day with my meals, at times one or two green ones with a spicy Malay/ Indian-style meal. When I started out eating chili peppers many years ago it was because of the sting and burn to enhance appetite, I had no idea about nutrition. It has been years since and I continue to eat them whenever and wherever they are found. Chili peppers are a stable at home, a must-have in the chiller.
^^culinary classic: Thai Green Curry - incredibly delicious.
